My business has evolved as I've worked with clients over the years. In the beginning, I started out simply as Really Neat Solutions. I had a passion for helping others and I saw professional organizing services as a wonderful vehicle to be able to do this. It was a success! I had the pleasure of helping people tackle spaces large and small: basements, craft rooms, offices, storage areas and the like. I even took on some relocation clients - people selling a home locally and moving elsewhere. I loved the whole process of getting a home ready for sale: purging items, staging and neutralizing the home so that it would appeal to the most buyers, pre-packing may items and generally coordinating the move. Then it hit me. I should be SELLING these homes too! With that, phase two of my business began. Currently licensed in Kentucky with a plan to add my Ohio license in another year or so, I'm now better positioned to be more of a comprehensive resource to my clients.

I have had the pleasure of helping both buyers and sellers navigate today's challenging market to acheive their real estate goals. I tell all my buyers and sellers that my work with them isn't about me. It's about them: their needs, their ideals, their goals. I fastidiously study each client's market area and tell them truthfully what they can expect based on what the research is telling us. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, I have studied under the SRES® Council in order to better understand and meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, relocating, or refinancing residential or investment properties. Additionally, through my experience and continued NAPO educational opportunities, I'm attuned to the particular opportunities, challenges and emotions that often accompany a move after 50.
