agreeable time to get together.

But what does it cost?  Well, the real answer to that is "it
depends", which sounds like an awful answer, but it's
just the plain truth.  I will give you my best estimate of
the length of time a project will take.  For the majority of
projects that time-frame will usually fall between 4-6
hours.  In order to take some of the "it depends" guess
work out of the equation, I've developed a hybrid billing
system that combines a flat fee daily rate & an hourly rate.
 
My rates start with a daily flat fee for up to 6 hours for
the first day of services.  We will accomplish all that we
can in that amount of time.  Sometimes we'll get done
with the first job & we can move on to another project
you'd like to tackle until time's up.  Sometimes things just
take a little longer, so after the first day, we can assess
together how best to proceed.  Maybe you're far enough
along that a few suggestions will be all you'll need to
finish the job on your own.  Maybe we'll decide that some
more time together is necessary to do the job right.  If
that's the case, then I'll switch to an hourly rate for the
balance of time past six hours.

My goal is that at the end of a project, you'll feel that
you've truly received value in exchange for the time &
money you've invested.  I will consider my mission
accomplished when you say "let's get started on project
#2!" or when you do me the honor of referring me to your
family & friends.
